An episode about the construction of Fukuchiyama Castle and Ishigaki, which is the only famous castle in Kyoto where you can climb the castle tower.   • Fukuchiyama Castle

    Fukuchiyama Castle is said to have started around 1579 when Akechi Mitsuhide, who succeeded in the settlement of Tanba, built a new castle as a base for Tanba. Since then, during the wartime era, while the castle owner changed, maintenance was carried out one by one, and it seems that it was completed around 1600 (Keicho 5).
