福知山城（福知山市郷土資料館）

Fukuchiyama Castle is said to have begun around 1579, when Mitsuhide Akechi, who had succeeded in establishing Tamba, established a new castle as the base of Tamba.
Since then, during the war era, the castle owners have taken turns, and the maintenance has been carried out sequentially, and it seems that it was completed around 1600.
At the beginning of the Meiji era, it was demolished by the abolition of the castle, leaving only the stone wall and the copper gate (Akakanemon), but due to the enthusiasm of the citizens, such as the movement of one tile, the castle tower on the third and fourth floors , Was rebuilt in November 1986.
